For sale is a special rural estate on Plešivica, located at the end of the settlement, in a place where only a few houses share the area with forests, greenery, and the Plešivica hills. The estate offers a beautiful open view, and peace and privacy are especially felt here. The property is only about 15 minutes by car from the center of Jastrebarsko, while Zagreb remains close enough for occasional or daily trips.

On the land with a total area of 5,572 m² there is a house with a footprint of about 110 m² and an outbuilding with a footprint of about 93 m², built around 1960. According to the documentation recorded in the title deed, the buildings have a use permit. The property has electricity and water, and at the very end of the parcel there is a natural water spring.

The large and beautifully positioned land parcel gives this estate special potential. The space is suitable for creating your own home, a holiday estate, or a small farm, with the possibility of arranging a garden, orchard, vineyard, space for animals, or simply a large private green area. The existing house and outbuilding require renovation, but they also allow the future owner to shape the estate according to their own wishes.

Plešivica is the heart of a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition and today one of the best-known wine regions in Croatia. Nearby are the well-known wineries Korak and Jagunić, wine roads, restaurants, and excursion spots, while forests and hills offer numerous opportunities for walking, cycling, and enjoying nature. The increasingly developed wine and rural tourism offer makes this estate interesting as a basis for a holiday home, rural or wine tourism – a place where authenticity, nature, space, and the experience of Plešivica would come together.

For a buyer who wants an even larger land area, there is a possibility of agreeing to include additional parcels in the offer.

This is an estate for those who are not looking only for real estate, but for a place to live and the opportunity to create something of their own – in the greenery of Plešivica, with a view of the hills, alongside forests, a few neighboring houses, and a peace that is hard to find today.

5,572 m² of land, existing buildings, your own water spring, and exceptional privacy – an estate with character and potential on Plešivica.
