In Rude, just a few minutes' walk from the elementary school and the center of the village, a neat and well-maintained house/cottage is for sale. It is situated on a plot with a total area of 2,428 m². The house and the storage shed for firewood and tools are located on the building part of the plot measuring 367 m², while the remaining 2,061 m² is outside the building zone, and most of that land is covered by forest, which also means less maintenance.

The house was built before 1968 and consists of ground floor and first floor. The lower part of the house is built of stone and is very pleasant and spacious, with a kitchen, dining room and bathroom, as well as access to the terrace. External stairs lead to a smaller covered terrace and the entrance to the upper part of the house, where there are two well-kept rooms. The floor of the upper level is wooden, with laminate laid over it.

The house has a new chimney, and new battens have been installed on the roof, with the roof tiles re-laid. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, and enough firewood for another winter remains with the house. The plot also includes a storage shed for firewood and tools, and the lawn mower, tools and furniture remain with the buyer.

A special feature of the property is its own water from a well, i.e. a private source, which is used in the house and works well, including the normal operation of the washing machine. There is also the possibility of connecting to the public water supply. The house has its own septic tank and electricity, and an asphalt road leads all the way to the house. A parking space is located right next to the house, and street lighting is available on the road.

The yard is neat and well maintained, and the location next to the forest area gives the property peace and privacy. At the same time, the center of Rude is only about a two-minute walk away, and the elementary school and village amenities are nearby. Rude is known for the St. Barbara Mine, the Rude Mining Cake and the beautiful nature of the Samobor Hills, while Samobor and other amenities are close enough for everyday life.

The property is attractive for a peaceful weekend stay, but with some renovation and adaptation it can also become a comfortable family home. The large land area, private water and immediate contact with the forest give it a special character.
